The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of Aurelis by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a mix of sales expertise, market analysis, and relationship management to expand our client base and strengthen our position as a leading software development agency.

Responsibilities

  • Identify Business Opportunities: Research and engage potential clients in need of software development and digital solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitive research to identify industry trends, new market opportunities, and areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with software engineers and designers to ensure alignment between client needs and our technical capabilities.
  • Lead Generation & Negotiation: Develop outreach strategies, handle negotiations, and close deals that bring long-term value to the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research and trend analysis.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
